Homemasters provides professional exterior home improvement services, including but not limited to roofing, siding, window replacement, gutter installation, skylight services, and solar for residential and commercial properties in Bend, OR and surrounding areas.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Homemasters are subject to the following conditions:

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
  • Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, materials required, and unforeseen conditions discovered during the project.
  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated and documented before proceeding.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement or contract.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Homemasters stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your individual service contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your property and project requirements.
  • Ensure reasonable access to the work area for our team and equipment.
  • Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues promptly during the project.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its systems.
